[Adopted 2-8-1978 by Ord. No. 78-2]
Upon the enactment and effective date of a certain resolution and/or
ordinance duly passed by the Board of Supervisors of Lower Frederick Township,
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, establishing a comprehensive fee and cost
schedule for all matters presented to said Board, all previously passed provisions
in said ordinances and resolutions establishing fee and cost schedules are
hereby declared to be null and void.
The Board of Supervisors shall immediately establish a comprehensive
list of all fees and costs to be charged for various services, administrative
work and processing of work by the Board of Supervisors and its duly appointed
representatives and agencies.
