A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to commit a trespass within this municipality upon either public or private property.
B. 
Without constituting any limitation upon the provisions of Subsection A hereof, any person, firm or corporation shall be deemed to be in violation of the provisions of Subsection A who, knowing that he is not licensed to do so, enters or remains in any place as to which notice against trespass is given by:
(1) 
Actual communication to the actor;
(2) 
Posting in a manner prescribed by law or reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders; or
(3) 
Fencing or other enclosure manifestly designed to exclude intruders.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or imprisoned for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both.
