There is hereby established in the Borough of
Park Ridge the position of Administrative Officer-Zoning and Planning
who shall be a resident of the Borough and shall hold office during
the pleasure of the Council. The said Administrative Officer-Zoning
and Planning shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and
consent of the Council, and shall hold office for one year and until
his successor shall have qualified, unless sooner removed. The Administrative
Officer-Zoning and Planning shall not be removed without being offered
an opportunity to be heard.
The Administrative Officer-Zoning and Planning
shall perform all duties required pursuant to the Municipal Land Use
Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., or any ordinance of the Borough of
Park Ridge and other services as may be assigned from time to time
by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment.
