There is hereby established a residential, commercial and institutional convenience waste disposal station at the site of the former Woodstown-Pilesgrove Sanitary Landfill.

The fees for the disposal of certain items is set forth as follows:

No commercial establishment or commercial hauler shall deposit nonrecyclable waste in said residential convenience station.
No person shall deposit at the convenience station any waste other than that generated by his own household nor any waste of the classes requiring Department of Environmental Protection licensing or approval by the collecting agency before such waste is collected.

The facility will accept no vegetative waste whatsoever, and all leaves and brush shall be composted or disposed of by each resident individually.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished by a fine of a maximum of $500 or imprisonment for a maximum of three months, or both, for each violation.
