The Select Board shall appoint the Town Accountant
pursuant to the provisions of MGL c. 41, § 55, as amended.
The Town Accountant shall serve in accordance with provisions of MGL
c. 41, §§ 56 to 61, inclusive. The term of the Town
Accountant shall commence on April 1 of the year of appointment.
