Editor's Note: Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1997,
An Act Providing for the Appointment of the Town Clerk in the Town
of Lancaster, was approved by the Governor on 9-17-1997 and approved
by Town voters on 5-11-1998.
The Town Clerk shall be appointed by the Select
Board of said Town for a term of three years and upon such other terms
and conditions as the Select Board shall determine.
