Town-owned property and facilities — See Ch. 214.
The Town of Clinton requires a Safety Committee to assure the safety of Town employees and the residents while on Town property. The Committee will review the Town facilities and property to ensure compliance with all required safety standards. Safety procedures will be established. The Committee will meet at least twice a year at the call of the Chairman.
A. 
The Safety Committee shall be composed of these members:
(1) 
Town Supervisor (Chairman of Committee).
(2) 
Highway Superintendent.
(3) 
Building Inspector.
(4) 
Representative from the Recreation Commission.
(5) 
Representative for the clerical staff.
(6) 
Representative from the insurance broker.

All appointments are made on a calendar-year basis.
