No person or group shall bring into, possess,
sell, buy, consume, or give away any alcoholic beverage on any School
District property within the Township of Bernards.
As used in this section:
Shall mean the buildings and grounds of any public school
in Bernards Township, and shall include parking lots and access driveways
and any road, street, highway, alley, sidewalk, parking lot or other
outdoor area immediately surrounding such school buildings and grounds.

No person or group shall use tobacco products
on any school district property within the Township of Bernards. This
will include smoking, chewing, sniffing, or any such use of a tobacco
product in any of its forms.

No person or group shall use cannabis or cannabis items on any
school district property within the Township of Bernards. This will
include the smoking, vaping, aerosolizing, or consumption by any other
means of cannabis in any of its forms.
