Any person or entity who is convicted of a violation of this
chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable for the first offense
to a penalty of not more than $100 or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 15 days, or both, and, for each subsequent offense, to a
penalty of not more than $200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
30 days, or both.
