In accordance with § A7-1D of this code, the Director of Planning and Development shall establish a program for assuring adequate community participation in the preparation of the capital improvement program.
The Director of Planning and Development shall
establish programs to assure that there is adequate opportunity for
community participation in other programs of the Department of Planning
and Development and shall publish periodically a newsletter to inform
County and local governmental officials and the general public of
these programs. All reports prepared in these programs shall be available
for public inspection.
