Every plumber, agent, architect, builder, contractor, owner,
tenant or other person who commences, takes part in or assists in
any violation hereof, or who constructs, maintains or uses any plumbing
or premises in, upon or by which any provision of these rules are
violated shall, for each and every violation, be subject to a penalty
of not more than $250.
Each and every day that a violation of these
rules is committed or is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate
offense.
Penalties shall be recoverable by the Plumbing
Inspector in any court having jurisdiction.
