The terms and procedures of the New York State
Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and the rules and regulations
promulgated thereunder shall be the controlling fire prevention and
building construction regulations in the Village of Lloyd Harbor.
The Building Inspector, Code Enforcement Officer
and Police Department of the Village of Lloyd Harbor and the Fire
Inspectors of the respective Fire Districts serving the Village of
Lloyd Harbor are authorized to enforce the provisions of the Uniform
Fire Prevention and Building Code.
