The Village of Scottsville hereby adopts the
third-party notification provisions of an amendment to the Real Property
Tax Law, as set forth in Chapter 758 of the 1986 Session Laws, and
the Clerk is directed to take the necessary steps to provide notice
to taxpayers concerning the terms and provisions of the third-party
notifications procedures establishing a deadline of March 15, 1988,
as being the last day for filing applications for third-party notification
and that the Clerk take such other steps as may be necessary to comply
with the third-party notification procedures.
