It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any
person or persons to place or cause to be placed any item, any time
whatsoever, for the purpose of reserving parking spaces on any street
within the Borough of Upland during any periods of time of the day
or evening hours.
The Borough Manager and/or Borough police officers
shall enforce this article.
This article shall take effect immediately upon
the enactment of the Borough Council.
Whoever shall violate any provision or regulation
set forth in this article shall, upon conviction, be fined a cost
of no more than $100 and costs.
