A. For the purposes of this chapter, the Township of
Westtown is hereby divided into nine base zoning districts, which
are designated as follows:

B. Overlay districts.

Further, certain areas are considered to be
overlays on the base zoning districts. These areas are as follows:

In addition to the otherwise applicable provisions of this chapter, these overlay districts are subject, respectively, to the following specific standards and requirements: §
170-402, Steep Slope Conservation District.
C. Districts of annexed area. Any territory hereafter
added to the Township shall be considered to be zoned R-1 Residence
District until otherwise classified by action of the Township of Westtown.
D. Lot sizes. No lot shall be so reduced that the area
of the lot or the dimensions of the required open space shall be less
than herein prescribed.

A. The boundaries of all base zoning districts shall
be as shown upon the map attached to and made a part of this chapter,
which shall be designated the Westtown Township Zoning Map. Said Zoning
Map and all notations, references, and other things shown thereon
shall be made a part of this chapter, as if the matters and things
shown by said map were all fully described herein.
B. The area contained within the Steep Slope Conservation District shall be as designated in §
170-402C of this chapter.
