GENERAL REFERENCES
Subdivision and land development connection permit fees — See Ch. 138, Art. II.

Any person utilizing the services of the Valley Forge Sewer Authority shall be subject to the following charges for the following administrative services provided by the Valley Forge Sewer Authority (VFSA):
A. 
Certification fees:

(1) 
For each certification of a sewer rental balance: $35.
(2) 
For each certification transmitted by facsimile: $35.
(3) 
For each certification provided with less than 24 hours' notice: $45.

B. 
Processing fee:
(1) 
For the processing of each check returned for insufficient funds: $35 per check.

For the processing of each bill by VFSA for VFSA services (such as VFSA engineering services and installation of sewer laterals): $25 per bill.
C. 
Court costs: These costs will be charged to the customer at the prevailing rate charged by the District Court.
D. 
Water shutoff and reestablishment fees:

(1) 
For the processing of water shutoff services by the water utilities for the nonpayment of sewer charges: $200 per instance, plus all fees charged VFSA by the water utility.

E. 
Municipal lien fees:
(1) 
For the processing of each municipal lien or amended lien: $50 per lien or amended lien, plus all filing fees, costs and attorney's fees.

For the purpose of this article, "person" shall mean any individual, firm, company, association, society, corporation, partnership or group.
The proper officers, employees and agents of this Authority are authorized and directed to do all acts which may be necessary and proper to implement this article.
