This chapter shall be known as the "Schedule of Fees for the Town of Conesus, County of Livingston, State of New York."
The Town of Conesus, recognizes the need to review and revise certain fees previously adopted dealing with zone changes, special or conditional use permits, site plan applications, preliminary plat applications, building code inspections, department fees, and certain other fees relating to Town services incurred for engineering, legal and administrative costs. The Town of Conesus intends herein to establish a schedule of fees for such various services and to incorporate the same within the provisions of this chapter.
It is the intent of the Town of Conesus, by the enactment of this chapter establishing a schedule of fees for various services performed by Town departments and personnel, to rescind and repeal any and all resolutions and regulations previously adopted that pertains in any way to the fees hereinafter set forth.
