A. 
Any permit issued pursuant to this Part 2 shall be subject to cancellation after a hearing in the event of a finding by the Sewer Commission at such hearing that the user or permittee of the sewerage system has violated any of the provisions of this Part 2. Such hearing shall take place on 10 days' written notice to the permittee or user. Notice may be delivered in person or be served by certified mail directed to the alleged violator at his last known address. Upon cancellation provided in this subsection or otherwise in this section, the Sewer Commission may terminate the use of the sewer by severing the connection to the sewerage system.
B. 
Any person violating any provisions of this Part 2 shall be responsible in money damages for any injury to the sewer system or expense caused the commission by such violation. This money may be collected by civil action in the appropriate court of the State of New York. Obedience to this Part 2 may also be enforced by injunction.
C. 
Any person who shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
D. 
The provisions of this Part 2 shall be enforced in accordance with, and the penalties for violation thereof governed by, the provisions of Chapter 1, Article II, of this Code.

A. 
If any clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, section or part of this Part 2 be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of this Part 2 but shall not be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, section or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.
B. 
In the event that any provision of this Part 2 is inconsistent with the provisions of any other local law, ordinance or resolution of the Town of Williamson heretofore adopted, the provisions of the local law, ordinance or resolution which impose greater restrictions in the matter shall control insofar as the same is legally possible.
