A.
East Manchester Township hereby authorizes the duly
elected Tax Collector of and for the Township to provide, upon request
and/or authorization of the property owner, duplicate real estate
bills and receipts, and to charge a fee, as established by resolution
of the Board of Supervisors,[1] for each duplicate real estate bill requested and for
each duplicate receipt requested.[2]
B.
The amount of any fee or charged imposed by this section
may be amended from time to time by resolution.
