The following public highways shall constitute a system of truck routes connecting with state highways upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor trailer combinations, obeying state laws, are permitted to travel and operate:
County Road No. 2 known as the "Le-Roy-East Bethany Road."
County Road No. 28 known as the "Clipnock Road."
County Road No. 198 known as the "Fargo Road," the "Prole Road" and the "Prole Road Extension."
County Road No. 19 known as the "Byron Road."
County Road No. 34 known as the "Horseshoe Lake Road" and that part of the Morganville Road south of the intersection of the Morganville Road and the Horseshoe Lake Road.
County Road No. 8 known as the "East Morganville Road" and the "Randall Road."
The above roads provide suitable connection with all state roads entering or leaving the Town of Stafford. On all other highways in or bordering on the Town of Stafford all trucks, tractors or tractor trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds are excluded and forbidden to travel and operate. Such exclusion shall not prevent the delivery or pick up of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
Every person convicted of operating a vehicle in violation of this article shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or by such fine and imprisonment, for each offense.
