[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Woodville at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. II). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village of Woodville hereby adopts § 106.50, Wis.
Stats., and any future amendments, revisions or modifications. The
officials and employees of the Village shall assist in the orderly
prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the
Village by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set
forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats. The Village Clerk-Treasurer
shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed and shall assist any
person alleging a violation thereof in the Village to file a complaint
with the governing Wisconsin agency for enforcement.
