The Director may promulgate additional rules or regulations
on all collection and disposal procedures from time to time as he
deems proper, but such rules or regulations shall not be inconsistent
with this chapter and shall not be effective until approved by the
Board of Selectmen and filed with the Town Clerk.
The Board of Selectmen may establish by resolution a program
of municipal collection for residential processible solid waste and/or
recyclable materials and/or OBW or SHW. Such program shall at a minimum
specify the particular waste to be collected, the methods of collection,
the times of collection, the place or method of disposal and the fees,
if any, to be charged for the collection.
Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall be fined
not more than $100 for each offense, in addition to any other penalty
imposed hereunder.
