Any person aggrieved by an administrative determination of the City Council or a board, commission, committee, agency, official or employee of the City or an agent acting on its behalf may have such determination reviewed as provided in W.S.A., ch. 68. The remedies under this chapter shall not be exclusive, but an election to proceed under this chapter shall be an election of remedies.

Elected officials of the City shall be a Mayor, two Alderpersons from each aldermanic district, a City Attorney, a City Treasurer and a Municipal Judge.

Elected and appointed officials shall take and file the official oath within 10 days after notice of their election or appointment, as provided in W.S.A., § 62.09, and shall execute and file the official bond as required by state statutes and this Code.

(a) 
Elected officials. Elected officials may be removed as provided in W.S.A., § 17.12(1)(a) or W.S.A., § 17.16.
(b) 
Appointed officials. Appointed officials may be removed as provided in W.S.A., § 17.12(1)(c) and (d) and W.S.A., § 17.16.

(a) 
Causes. Vacancies in elective and appointive positions are caused as provided in W.S.A., §§ 17.03 and 17.035.
(b) 
Filling. Vacancies in elective and appointive offices shall be filled as provided in W.S.A., § 17.23.

The salaries of all elected and appointed officials, including members of boards and commissions, shall be as determined by the City Council from time to time, provided the salary of the Mayor and members of the Council shall not be increased during their terms of office.
