The Ulster County Probation Department is hereby authorized
to prepare petitions for Family Court within the limits of its resources.
The Ulster County Probation Department is hereby authorized
to charge a fee of $25 for each petition prepared or such other fee
as may be from time to time established by resolution of the County
Legislature.
The Director of the Probation Department is hereby authorized
to waive the charging of each fee when the petitioner is a recipient
of social services or, in his discretion, where the petitioner has
established to the Director's satisfaction that the petitioner is
unable to pay such fee.
