A tax certification fee in the amount of $25 is hereby established
for the Township Tax Collector to provide a certification of taxes
paid on Township real estate involved in a sale.
The Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to collect the
tax certification fee in the amount of $25 to provide a certification
of taxes paid on Township real estate involved in a sale, and such
tax certification fee shall be paid when the tax certification is
provided.
