[Adopted by Ord. No. 1980-5 (§ 5-16 of the 1972 Ocean Codified Ordinances)]
No commercial marina or individual shall permit an occupied watercraft to be anchored, moored or tied to its facility or property from November 1 through April 30 of any year unless such commercial marina or individual shall provide the occupied watercraft with the following minimal facilities:
A. 
A sewage or septic facility on shore which facility meets all governmental requirements;
B. 
A heated, on-shore operational toilet and shower facility available 24 hours per day;
C. 
Electricity directly to the watercraft;
D. 
Running water 24 hours per day directly to the watercraft from a source which meets all governmental requirements.
Any marina or person convicted of a violation of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or both. Each day during which a violation of this article shall occur shall be deemed a separate violation.
