It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride, coast,
surf, skate, move, maneuver or operate any skateboard, sidewalk surfboard,
sidewalk surfer or similar device upon the public sidewalks or streets
of the Borough of Conshohocken.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part shall,
upon conviction in a summary proceeding before the Magisterial District
Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $10 and the costs
of prosecution, or, in default of the payment of such fine and costs,
to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days.
