Editor’s Note: Former Art. II, Elizabethtown Area Regional Authority, adopted 6-3-1999 by Ord. No. 119-1999 (Ch. 1, Part 10, of the 1984 Code or Ordinances), was removed from the Code pursuant to Ord. No. 210-2014, adopted 10-30-2014, which provided for the termination of the existence of said Authority and the transfer of all assets to the incorporating municipalities.
