[Adopted 4-28-2010 by Ord. No. 07-2010]
The position of Deputy Tax Assessor is hereby established and
authorized, to perform the duties and functions as per N.J.S.A. 40A:9-148.1;
the term of said Deputy Tax Assessor as per N.J.S.A. 40A:9-148 shall
be four years, commencing July 1, 2010.
The compensation for the position of Deputy Tax Assessor, for
services rendered, shall be fixed by resolution appointing the named
individual to the position of Deputy Tax Assessor, and shall be at
a rate between $25 and $50 per hour, plus reimbursement of out of
pocket expenses, upon submission of vouchers to be approved by the
Borough Administrator.
