The Town of East Haddam adopts an ordinance creating a Conservation
Commission, which shall be empowered to undertake all activities pursuant
to § 7-131a of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut,
Revision of 1958, as amended.
[Amended 11-19-1996; 3-26-2003]
The Commission shall consist of six regular members and three
alternate members who shall be electors of said Town. They shall be
appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of said Town to serve for
a two-year term commencing at the completion of the current terms.
The Chief Executive Officer may remove any member for cause
and may fill any vacancy.
