Preamble
An ordinance regulating the use of public and private sewers
and drains, private sewage disposal, the installation and connection
of public sewers and the discharge of waters and wastes into the public
sewer system(s), and providing penalties for violations thereof, in
the Village of Malone, County of Franklin, State of New York.
