Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article
commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than
$100 or more than $2,500 for each offense may be adjudged. A separate
offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such
violation occurs or continues as per 30-A M.R.S.A. § 4452.
