The Board of Public Utility Commissioners shall have authority
to hear and decide appeals taken by any public utility, as defined
in N.J.S.A. 48:2-13, from any action taken by any department, board,
agency or official of the City of Atlantic City in the exercise of
powers conferred by this chapter.
An appeal to the Board of Public Utility Commissioners may be
taken by any interested public utility, as defined in N.J.S.A. 48:2-13,
aggrieved by any action taken by any department, board, agency or
official of the City of Atlantic City in the exercise of powers conferred
by this chapter.
Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit the right
of any interested party to obtain review of the action of the City
or the Board of Public Utility Commissioners by any court of competent
jurisdiction according to law.
