[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Argyle 12-7-2005 as Title 15, Ch. 6, of the 2005 Village Code. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Village of Argyle hereby adopts § 106.50, Wis.
Stats., and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the Village of Argyle shall assist
in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing
within the Village of Argyle by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints
to be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist
any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Argyle to
file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development, Equal Rights Division, for enforcement of § 106.50,
Wis. Stats.
