The International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 Edition, as
amended from time to time, as published by the International Code
Council, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as
the Property Maintenance Code of this Township, with the following
revisions:
A.
The phrase "West Norriton Township" is hereby added to § 101.1
thereof.
B.
Section 106.4 thereof is amended to read as follows:

"Penalties. Any person who shall violate a provision of this
code, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements
thereof, shall, upon conviction before a District Magistrate, pay
a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution.
In default of such payment, such person shall be imprisoned for a
period not to exceed 30 days. Each day during which any violation
of this code continues shall constitute a separate offense."

C.
Section 103.5 thereof is amended to read as follows:

"Fees. The fees for activities and services performed hereunder,
including fees for inspections, shall be as set forth in the Schedule
of Fees adopted by the Township and amended from time to time."

D.
There is hereby inserted into the first sentence of § 302.4
the phrase "18 inches."
E.
The period specified in § 304.14 shall be from April 1
to November 1.
F.
The period specified in §§ 602.3 and 602.4 shall be
October 1 to May 1.
