The provisions of this chapter, so far as they are the same
as those of ordinances and regulations in force immediately before
the enactment of this chapter, are intended as a continuation of those
earlier ordinances and regulations and not as new enactments. Nothing
in this chapter shall affect any act done or liability incurred or
any suit or prosecution pending or to be instituted under any of those
repealed or superseded ordinances or regulations.
A.
The following ordinances of the Borough of New Britain are repealed:
(1)
Ordinance 141, regulating traffic and parking in the Borough of New
Britain, enacted November 6, 1972.
B.
All prior ordinances of the Borough of New Britain insofar as they
deal with the regulation of traffic and/or parking are repealed and
declared unenforceable insofar as they are inconsistent with or identical
to any provision of this chapter.
