The Board
of Supervisors of Warminster Township hereby adopts by reference Upper
Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority Resolution 517 in its entirety.
A true and correct copy of UMHJSA Resolution 517 is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
2.
The Board
of Supervisors of Warminster Township hereby adopts by reference Upper
Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority Resolutions 537 and 538 in
their entirety. True and correct copies of UMHJSA Resolutions 537
and 538 are attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B," respectively,
and incorporated herein by reference.
