There shall be an Office on Aging, subject to the direction and supervision of the Township Manager, which shall render services to and on behalf of the community's elder population. An Executive Director shall be appointed by the Township Manager. The Executive Director shall be the chief administrator for the Office on Aging and shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Patenaude Senior Center, coordinating community resources and services related to the elderly, as well as serving as a liaison with federal, state, and local organizations concerned with issues relating to the elderly.[1]
