The Township of Upper Chichester requires that the structure
to be erected on a lot within the Township be staked out by a registered
civil engineer or surveyor. Once the footing for the structure is
in place, an as-built plan shall be given to the Building Inspector
showing the location of the structure in relation to the lot lines.
This plan shall bear the seal of a registered civil engineer or surveyor
responsible for preparing the plan. This plan must be presented to
the Building Inspector prior to proceeding with construction of the
building.
