A charge of $100 shall be made for pauper burials.
A.
A funeral director shall first make arrangements with the responsible
group for the County or state equipment to enter the cemetery for
snow removal for funerals only. The funeral director shall be responsible
to the responsible group for having the caretaker at the entrance
of the cemetery to direct the route of the equipment.
B.
If this procedure is followed, the County shall not stand responsible
or liable for any damage caused by the equipment in the snow removal
process in the cemetery.
