The regular meetings of the Council of the Borough of Doylestown
shall be held on the third Monday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. at Borough
Hall, located at 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown.

The order of business to be followed at the regular meetings
of the Borough Council shall be determined from time to time by resolution.

Except as otherwise in the law or herein provided, the conduct
of the meetings of Borough Council shall be governed by Robert's Rules
of Order.

The seal, which accompanies this Section and which is incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety, is hereby adopted as the official
common seal of the Borough of Doylestown and the appropriate Borough
officers are hereby authorized to use said official common seal in
all matters pertaining to the conduct of official Borough business.
