Editor's Note: Former Part 5C, Municipal Retirement System,
derived from Ord. No. 2005-9, adopted 7/18/2005, was repealed by Ord.
No. 2011-14, adopted 8/15/2011. Ordinance No. 2011-15, adopted 9/19/2011,
created a new pension plan for full-time non-uniformed employees of
the Borough of Doylestown. Ordinance No. 2011-15 is not codified,
and copies of that ordinance, and any amendments thereto, are on file
in the office of the Borough Secretary.
