Pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1104, the Borough of Muncy
authorizes the offices of Treasurer and Secretary to be held by the
same person.
The office herein created shall be known as the "Office of the
Secretary-Treasurer of the Borough of Muncy."
