[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Town of

The Town's two existing municipal aid agreements previously
adopted by the Mayor and Council are hereby adopted by the Mayor and
Council as ordinances of the Town.
A.
The first
such mutual aid agreement is that which is captioned as follows: "Mutual
Aid Agreement Between Boonsboro, Maryland; Hancock, Maryland; and
Smithsburg, Maryland," dated December 14, 2005, consisting of six
pages, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by reference thereto; and
B.
The second
such mutual aid agreement is that which is captioned as follows: "Mutual
Aid and Assistance Agreement Between Washington County, Maryland,
and the Town of Smithsburg, Maryland," dated September 25, 2007, consisting
of five pages, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and
incorporated herein by reference thereto.
A copy of this ordinance and the two exhibits attached hereto
may be attached to the Town Code of the Town as addendum or appendix
for ease of location and identification.
