(a) 
All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with the provision of this Chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
(b) 
Inconsistency with Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance or Zoning Ordinance. Notwithstanding anything set forth above in this Chapter, whenever the provisions of this Chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance for Lower Heidelberg Township or the Lower Heidelberg Township Zoning Ordinance,[1] as each of the aforesaid are from time to time amended, and the provisions of any of said ordinances are more restrictive or contain more stringent requirements than are set forth in this Chapter, the provisions of said ordinances shall prevail and apply.
