[Gen. Ords. 1962, § 9-14]
Every person licensed to maintain a skating rink shall pay to
the City Council for the use of the City the sum of $25, and such
license shall continue in force until the first day of May next ensuing,
unless sooner revoked; provided, that such licenses may be granted
during the month of April, to take effect on the first day of May
then next ensuing.
