A.
The penalties herein provided and prosecutions therefor shall not
be held or construed as constituting a bar, release or waiver by the
Village to the prosecution by the Village for any civil damages it
may sustain because of violations by any person of the provisions
hereof where it shall appear that such violation has occasioned damage
to the appurtenances, machinery, equipment, and buildings of the Village.
