A. 
Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specified shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10-99 of the Code.
B. 
Any person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any premises upon which a nuisance exists in violation of § 94-1 shall upon conviction be fined according to penalties as set forth in § 10-99 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a nuisance is permitted to exist. Every such nuisance, when a conviction therefor is had, may, by order of the court before which the conviction is had, be abated by the police or other proper officer, at the expense of the defendant, and it shall be no defense to any proceeding under this section that the nuisance is erected or continued by virtue of permission of any state law.
