No person shall operate or conduct a public dance in the Village without having obtained a license therefor as provided herein.
A. 
Application for licenses shall be made in conformance with the provisions relating to licenses, and shall specify the location of the proposed dance or dances and the person or organization sponsoring the same.
B. 
No license shall be issued to a person who is not of good moral character, nor to a corporation or organization which is not represented in the Village by a person of good moral character.
C. 
It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each applicant and report the results of the investigation to the Village Clerk.
D. 
The annual fee for public dances shall be as provided in § 113-2.
