That on or after January 1, 1986, the fee paid to the Collector
of Taxes for Borough purposes in the Borough of East Lansdowne, including
refuse charges and sewer rentals, be and is hereby fixed at the sum
of $5,000 for each tax year, to be paid in installments as set by
Borough Council.
